Is there a limit to the amount I can spend on UseCash® orders?
   
A.

To comply with EU Anti Money Laundering legislation the maximum total value of an individual order (including postage and any other costs applied by the merchant, and UseCash® consumer fees ) is capped at €1000 or £650. If your order exceeds this amount a UseCash® bill will not be produced. The maximum annual limit per consumer for UseCash® orders is €15,000 or £9750.

Where can I pay my UseCash® bill?

You can pay at any payzone terminal.  A list of terminals is available on our website.

What do I do if I lose my UseCash® bill?
   
A.

You can print a new bill by following the link provided on the email notification you receive when you order through UseCash®.

Where can I UseCash®to shop online?

Q. What happens if I don’t pay my UseCash® bill?
   
A.

UseCash®bills are valid for a period of time determined by the merchant you are buying from.  The expiry date will be clearly shown on your UseCash®bill.  If you do not pay by the date shown, your order will be cancelled.

Q. What happens if I do not receive the goods I have ordered from the merchant?
   
A.
You should contact the merchant directly to ensure that they have despatched your order or to establish the progress of despatch of your order.  If there is a problem with your order, it is the responsibility of the merchant to redress either by refund or by replacement of the goods you have ordered.
